7. Digital Product Refund Policy
7a. The “Instant Access” Rule
Because our products are digital goods delivered via instant download or email, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once you have been granted access to the files or the member area, the “seal” is broken. For this reason, Earn More with Josh does not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
7b. Why We Have This Policy
We pour hundreds of hours into creating these guides, templates, and courses to give you a shortcut to success. Unlike a physical book that you can return to a store, a digital file stays in your possession forever once downloaded. This policy helps us keep our prices fair and ensures we can continue providing high-quality support to our community.
7c. Technical Issues
While we don’t offer refunds for “change of heart” or “it wasn’t what I expected,” we absolutely stand by the quality of our files. If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., a broken link, a corrupted PDF, or trouble logging into your account), please reach out to me within 7 days of purchase. We will work tirelessly to ensure you get the access you paid for.
7d. Your Responsibility
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to read the product descriptions thoroughly and reach out with any questions before you hit that “Buy” button!
8. Intellectual Property & Usage License
8a. Ownership of Content
All content included in our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital downloads, is the property of Earn More with Josh and is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
8b. Standard Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page or within a separate license agreement (such as a PLR license), your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own personal or internal business use.
Under this standard license, you may not:
- Share your login credentials or download links with third parties.
- Republish, resell, or distribute the content in any form.
- Modify the content to create derivative works for sale or distribution.
8c. PLR (Private Label Rights) Exceptions
If a product is explicitly sold with Private Label Rights (PLR), the specific license terms provided with that product will supersede the standard Personal Use License. PLR products will include a separate “License Certificate” outlining exactly how you may modify, rebrand, and resell that specific content. If no such certificate is provided, assume the Standard Personal Use License applies.
9. Account Responsibility & Security
9a. Account Creation
To access our digital products and member-only resources, you are required to create an account with Earn More with Josh. you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
9b. Password Security
You are the sole guardian of your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any and all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using a “strong” password (a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
9c. Prohibited Sharing
Your account is for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials, “loaning” your account to a friend, or selling access to your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our Intellectual Property agreement. If we detect simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations or other suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend your access without a refund.
9d. Notification of Unauthorized Use
If you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you agree to notify Josh at josh@earnmorewithjosh.com immediately so we can lock the account and secure your data. Earn More with Josh will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
10. Changes to These Terms
Just like a good business, this site evolves. I might update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
